Two Buildings, Two Ways to Stay
Bed & Breakfast – Private Rooms
Our main building is home to our traditional Bed & Breakfast experience. It features eight private bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy, and ideal for solo travelers or couples. Rooms are sold as a special discounted rate as a single or double occupancy, with a maximum of two guests per room.
When booking a private room, breakfast is included in your stay. Guests also enjoy access to all shared spaces, including the oceanfront deck, lounge areas, and common kitchen. This option is perfect for travelers who enjoy a social yet relaxed atmosphere with the added value of daily breakfast.

Room #1
Room #1 is the boat room. It has a loft style double bed, accessible by a ladder. This room has air conditioning, a desk with a chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a hot water shower. While it’s our smallest room, it has the best value. It’s cozy and comfortable and perfect for a couple or single traveler. If you are tall, or a larger person, or someone with problems climbing ladders this room would not be suited for you.
Room #2
Room #2 has a double size bed, desk and chair, a bathroom which is separated by wooden French doors and a large hot water rain shower. It also has air conditioning and fans. This room is also very comfortable and located on the right corner of the building. It is the quietest room and has two windows on different walls. It’s our lightest room available.
Room #3
Room #3 has a queen size bed, desk and chair, a private bathroom, and closet. It also has 12,000 BTU split unit air conditioner and ceiling fan. It is located at the entrance of the building.
Room #4
Room #4 is our only oceanfront room and it has a queen size bed, desk and chair, a private bathroom, and walk-in closet. This room has 12,000 BTU split unit air-conditioner and a ceiling fan and two wall fans. This room also has a private balcony with hammock to enjoy the sunsets. This room is our largest. It is located in the back of the property directly in front of the ocean.
Cancellation Policy (Private Rooms)
Private rooms offer two cancellation options at the time of booking:
Partially Refundable
A 50% deposit is charged at booking.
– Cancel more than 24 hours before arrival: the 50% deposit is forfeited
– Cancel within 24 hours of arrival or no-show: the deposit is forfeited
No additional charges apply.
Fully Refundable
No payment is collected at booking.
– Cancel for free until 12:00 AM on the day of arrival
– No-shows are treated as cancellations.
Over-the-Water Suites
Just steps from the main building, our second over-the-water building offers two private suites designed for guests seeking more space and independence. Each suite accommodates up to two guests and includes a fully equipped private kitchen, a separate enclosed bedroom, and a private bathroom.
Breakfast is not included with the suites, but it can be added for an additional $10 per person. Suite reservations are offered with flexible rates, require no prepayment, and are ideal for longer stays or guests who prefer a self-contained space while still enjoying the waterfront setting.
Vista Jardin
A cozy private over-the-sea suite featuring a queen bed, private bathroom with hot water, and a full kitchen with stove, oven, large refrigerator, and pantry space. Guests enjoy access to a shared oceanfront terrace with kayaks, sea access, and beautiful views. Free bicycles and Wi-Fi included. Breakfast available for an additional fee.
Vista Mar
This private suite offers a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. Step onto your over-the-sea terrace with hammocks and lounge chairs, enjoy direct water access, and take in the breathtaking sunsets Bocas del Toro is known for. Breakfast available for an additional fee.
Full Property Vacation Rental
For families or groups traveling together, the entire Bed & Breakfast building can also be rented as a private vacation rental. This option accommodates up to eight guests and includes full access to the shared kitchen and common areas, creating a private home-style experience over the water.
When booked as a full vacation rental, breakfast is not included and is not available for purchase, as the space functions as a private residence. This option is ideal for guests seeking more space, privacy, and independence while still enjoying a peaceful waterfront setting just minutes from the center of town.
Breakfasts
Stays at the bed and breakfast private rooms include breakfast and suites can buy breakfast at an extra fee. There is a breakfast menu with different options, all with fresh local produce and prepared with love. Free coffee or tea refills are also included, as well as fresh juice.
