We can accommodate up to 8 persons maximum at once.

Room #1
Room #1 is the boat room. It has a loft style double bed, accessible by a ladder. This room has air conditioning, a desk with a chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a hot water shower. While it’s our smallest room, it has the best value. It’s cozy and comfortable and perfect for a couple or single traveler. If you are tall, or a larger person, or someone with problems climbing ladders this room would not be suited for you.
Room #2
Room #2 has a double size bed, desk and chair, a bathroom which is separated by wooden French doors and a large hot water rain shower. It also has air conditioning and fans. This room is also very comfortable and located on the right corner of the building. It is the quietest room and has two windows on different walls. It’s our lightest room available.
Room #3
Room #3 has a queen size bed, desk and chair, a private bathroom, and closet. It also has 12,000 BTU split unit air conditioner and ceiling fan. It is located at the entrance of the building.
Room #4
Room #4 is our only oceanfront room and it has a queen size bed, desk and chair, a private bathroom, and walk-in closet. This room has 12,000 BTU split unit air-conditioner and a ceiling fan and two wall fans. This room also has a private balcony with hammock to enjoy the sunsets. This room is our largest. It is located in the back of the property directly in front of the ocean.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy:
After reservations, guests can cancel for free up to 24 hours after booking.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit charged after booking.
Cancellations 2 day before the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Breakfasts
Stays include breakfast which you can select from a set breakfast menu with different options, all with fresh local produce and prepared with love. Free coffee or tea refills are also included, as well as fresh juice.
