Skully’s Food Court is a beachfront bar and food court in Big Creek, Isla Colón, Bocas del Toro, where several independent kitchens share one lively space by the sea. You order drinks from the bar and food from each kitchen, so a group can mix and match and eat together.
The current lineup includes Saffa Shack, serving homemade South African food like vetkoek, boerewors rolls and braai platters; Chili Reef for Caribbean seafood such as ceviche, whole fish, octopus and lobster with coconut-curry sauce; The Pirates Corner for pizza, nachos, tacos and salads; and Tacolicious for Mexican tacos, burritos, quesadillas and falafel tacos. Vendors change from time to time, so check their Instagram for the latest.
There is a pool, beach loungers, pool tables and nightly events, and happy hour runs from 4pm to 7pm. Skully’s is open every day from 8am to 11pm (kitchens close at 10pm). It is one of the most fun and varied restaurants in Bocas del Toro for groups.
