Buena Vista Restaurant has been a fixture on Main Street in Bocas Town, Bocas del Toro, since 1997, with a dining deck built right over the water. Ceiling fans and the ocean breeze keep things cool, and the view across the bay lives up to the name.
The menu is broad and easy to love: breakfast plates, starters, sandwiches, burgers and wraps, plus seafood, steaks, international dishes and house specialties. Drinks are refreshing and service is quick and friendly. The team is all Panamanian, and some staff have been part of the Buena Vista family for more than 17 years, so eating here directly supports local families. For a reliable meal with a view at any time of day, it is one of the classic restaurants in Bocas del Toro.
Buena Vista is open every day from 7:30am to 9:30pm.
