Restaurant & Bar Vista Mar is a waterfront restaurant on North Avenue in Bocas Town, Bocas del Toro, with a deck over the sea and a ladder straight down into the water. It is a relaxed place to sit with a cold drink, feel the Caribbean breeze and watch the boats go by.
The kitchen sources its fish and seafood from local artisanal fishermen and its meat and poultry from local markets. Breakfast offers continental, Creole or à la carte choices with fresh fruit, and lunch and dinner bring daily specials alongside fish, seafood, meat and chicken dishes. The bar pours national and imported spirits, wine, cold beer and frozen drinks, and happy hour runs from 4pm to 7pm.
Vista Mar is open every day from 7am to 10pm. Between the swim deck, the sunset and the fresh catch, it is one of the more laid-back restaurants in Bocas del Toro for a slow afternoon.
